Green Crescent was incorporated and granted its Certificate of Incorporation by the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission last 18 December 2014. Despite its youth, GREEN CRESCENT MANPOWER RECRUITMENT, INC. (“GCMR” for brevity) aims to be recognized as a preeminent employment service provider with a social conscience. Green Crescent’s officers and staff however are not new to the recruitment and placement industry. 

The Directors and Officers of the corporation have collective experience in the various aspects of recruitment and placement. The Marketing Manager was instrumental in putting in place automated system for managing applicant and client databases, with over twenty thousand (20,000) active resumes.

Presently, it is in the process of bringing the automation of its core functions on‐line through its web portal http://www.gcmanpower.wordpress.com (under construction). The combination of experience and technology enabled services will empower GCMR to provide jobs to Filipinos who are able, willing and qualified for overseas employment, further honing their skills in the international stage and contributing to the national economy.
