Insurance Back Office Solution Systems or InsBOSS is an insurance industry focused back office company that provides insurance brokers and agents a well-trained virtual assistant that can alleviate a lot of daily tasks that are time consuming and non-income generating. This gives our clients time to focus on money producing activities. Our Insurance Virtual Assistants are well versed in the US Insurance Industry jargon. Trained by a New York Licensed Insurance Broker and a previous Commercial lines Insurance Underwriter with combined Insurance experience of over 30 years, these premium virtual assistants go through at least 200 hours of training on insurance terms and basics which eliminates the need for our clients to train a virtual assistant on insurance jargon. Our head office is based in Long Island, New York while Virtual Assistants operations is in Manila, Philippines.
