Golden Dragon Fast Craft Builder, Inc. was incorporated on February 22, 2006 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It is located at Latasan, Labogon, Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines. Engaged in the general contracting business of shipbuilding, ship repair and manufacturing of outfittings for ships and vessels of every nature and kind, Golden Dragon started as a maintenance department of Ocean Fast Ferries Inc., a domestic shipping company located at Pier 1 Cebu.
