People Outsourcing and Management Consulting Corporation was put up in response to the stakeholders’ frustrations with various manpower service providers. They felt the need to professionalize the subcontracting business so that stakeholders’ interests especially those of employees are protected. The incorporators, backed up by two decades of experience in General Management, Project Management and Comptrollership in the Retail Management, Concessions, Brand Management and Product Promotions industry, aspired to set up their own business to address this need.  With the support of an HR Practitioner with more than a decade of experience in People Management in the Business Process Outsourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics and Management Consulting business, the stockholders decided to put up People Outsourcing and Management Consulting Corp.

POMCC started its operation on September 15, 2009 and is a registered service provider and management consulting firm by the Securities and Exchange Commission. It is likewise a licensed service subcontractor under the Department Order Number 18-02 issued by the Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE). The company initially maintains its humble office at Unit 1137 Cityland Pasong Tamo Tower, #2210 Don Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City. After one year of operation, POMC transferred to a bigger office at Unit 122, 12th Floor, Columbia Tower, Ortigas Avenue, Mandaluyong City.    The yellow logo draws its inspiration from the former President Corazon C. Aquino, who incidentally left the Filipinos in grief in the same month and year (August 2009) were People Outsourcing and Management Consulting Corporation was officially registered as an entity. The iconic figure was known for her efforts in the restoration of democracy that brought the peaceful People Power Revolution in 1986. We believe that our power lies in our people, thus emphasizing “People” as our most valued resources in our official company name. Anchoring on Cory Aguino’s defining traits, the company wants to instill in its people the values of honesty, integrity, humility, simplicity and deep faith. It is our quiet tribute to nurture these values among our employees.
