Outsource Asia International Multi-Purpose Cooperative (Outsource Asia) is a progressive social enterprise committed to improve the lives of its members through job assignments, delivery of financial benefits and provision of opportunities for their personal and professional development. We are duly registered with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) and has been operating since 2012, engaged in legitimate service contracting and business process outsourcing. The operations of Outsource Asia is spearheaded by a professional and passionate team which has more than (20) years of combined experience in the human resource and manpower services industry.

The Cooperative, true to its purpose “committed to care for better lives”, offers bright prospects for its members to achieve their personal and career objectives. We reach out to as many Filipinos as we can so that they, too, can become part of our goals and aspirations. Members are given orientation and training prior to deployment to adequately provide them knowledge and skills, enabling them to effectively perform their new assignment.

Career growth is achieved as members are continuously developed through learning sessions, job enhancement, special committee assignment, and other programs. Our members are thereby given the opportunity to cultivate their talents in a professional, challenging and nurturing work environment.

In addition, members of Outsource Asia may avail its health and medical subsidy, insurance benefits and receive dividends and patronage refund on top of the government-mandated benefits.
