In 1998, a Catholic missionary group compromised of doctors from Cleveland, Ohio, USA and private individuals from the Philippines were convinced that there was a huge underserved market in the dialysis industry in the country. Treatments were limitedly available to the elite in major hospitals. St. Theresa Dialysis Center, Inc. pioneered low cost dialysis treatments in 1998 to bridge the gap between many of our countrymen suffering from End Stage Renal Disease and the cost of continous treatments. The industry never looked back. Throughout the years, STDCI has successfully lived up to its mission. Several hundred, if not thousands, have been continously monitored and treated under our care. What was once treatment for the elite is now afforded by more and more patients. Thanks to all of the help we generated from our partners, our associates and ou staff. Today, STDCI is one of the most admired dialysis centers in the Philippines. We continue to work inspire with our Service to Men is our Service to God.
