Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Account Management, Negotiation Skills, Product Presentation Sales and Promotion Techniques, Implementation of Marketing Programs, Reporting Skills, Analysing Information, Judgement, Innovative, Ability to persuade and influence
  • Preferably has at least six (6) months to one (1) year work experience specializing Sales-Retail/General or equivalent



  • Management of client accounts
  • Facilitates communication between clients and company regarding concerns, supports, promotion, collection and other matters and/or problems which may arise in the client-supplier relationship
  • Recommends company products and services to meet client requirements, considering salable features such as flexibility, cost, capacity, economy, etc.
  • Ensures logistical and efficient deliveries
  • Ascertain sales increase and the attainment of sales forecasts
  • Creates new channels of distribution
  • Solicitation of new and quality commercial/institutional/retail clients
  • Coordinates sales activities with those of the Operations Heads
  • Negotiation of terms of sale and services with clients
  • Assistance to new business development projects
  • Conducts sales analysis, market research and surveys
  • Submission of reports/requirements within the prescribed period set by the management
  • Implementation of sales programs of affiliate companies
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time
