- 2307 for White Product and PLG
- Sales fund transfer checks
- Checks for petty cash fund
- 2307 of lessors
- Process Utility check (Electricity, water, Telephone) and 2307
- Follow up BIR for POS and other BIR Related concern
- Process POS Online applications for newly open station
- Prepare checks for
- 13th-month pay
- and JV for payroll and tanod salaries
- Boss salaries
- mandatory payment (SSS, PHIC, HDMF )
- Rentables
- Monitor GIS/FS/BUSINESS PERMIT/ANNUAL Registration and other
- Email all stations of Sun/Smart Billings.
