Accounting Assistant

Description

- A graduate of BS Accountancy

- With knowledge in the following :

A. Preparation of sales invoice, preparation of accounts receivables weekly and monthly, preparation of petty cash liquidation, preparation of expenses per project)

B. Issuance of BIR 2307 for withholding tax expanded of suppliers and releasing cheques to the suppliers

C. Preparation of Quarterly VAT Relief

D. Processing collections from customers

E. Processing Certificate of tax withheld at source (2307) from clients

F. Processing of Bank Transactions : Deposit, Encashment, BIR Payment, Pag-ibig, SSS

G. Processing of Payment of Utilities of the Company

H. Filing Documents

- With typing speed of at least 40 words per minute

- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Requirements

Minimum education level: Bachelor s Degree

Years of experience: 2-3 years

Language(s): Tagalog,English

Knowledge: Microsoft Excel

Availability for travel: No

Availability for change of residence: No
