JOB SUMMARY:

An intermediate level role that participates in the accounting teams' responsibilities that includes keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements. The role will use the organizations ERP system to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Management, or related field is required.
• With at least 1 to 2 years working experience on finance, accounting, audit and/or related field.
• CPA and other related certifications is a major plus, but not required.
• willing to assign in Pasay City

• Accounting Concepts and Principles- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, and the analysis and reporting of financial data. Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/ year end close process
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems- Knowledge of accounting software user and administration skills Oracle-NetSuite, Odoo, SAP, Intuit, JD Edwards.
• Customer Service- Knowledge of principles and process for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
