Responsible for processing requests received through various channels (emails, phone or internal ticketing system). Generating of reports, provide data and financial analysis for various projects. Providing the client the correct process needed to perform certain tasks to resolve their issue.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ticket Processing, Analysis and Dispatch
- Provide solution to complex issues
- Adherence to SLA
- Roll out and train end users for new processes to be implemented.
- Process Compliance and audit
- Knowledge on the use of any Project management tool will be an advantage.
Conditions Work Schedule: Shifting (24x5); including Holiday Operations
Location: Makati, Pacific Star Building
Educational Attainment: Bachelor of Science graduate (Accountancy, Management of Financial Institutions, Business Management, etc)
Required Product/System Experience: knowledgeable in MS Office

Salary: Php23,000.00 /month
Minimum of two years experience in banking, financial back office (AR/AP), audit or accounting
Preference will be provided to candidates with Strong Financial and Project Management Concepts.
