Job Description

  • Assists in preparing department/section correspondences and reports as required by Heads, by gathering essential data and encoding it
  • Ensures documentation are given on time and accurately, to support presentation and reporting requirements
  • Arranges schedule and updates superiors activities by maintaining a record or encoding to calendar to ensure organization of meetings appointments and other work related commitments
  • Prepares status report updates on action items/tasks to the Department Head
  • Screens calls, visitors and mails of the department head
  • Conducts periodic inventory of tools, instruments and office supplies including requisition and replenishment same where necessary
  • Prepares annual department budget, time report, overtime, official business advice and other documents may be requirement
  • Performs various office related works to ensure compliance with requirement of office administration such as assisting in facilitating meetings
