Job Description

  ·        Control and manage the flow of documentation including filing and organizing electronic and hard copies
  ·        Maintain a register/tracker of incoming and outgoing documents
  ·        Check, collate and store site documents from the different Project Teams
  ·        Review and facilitate submission of site folders/design drawings and reports/as-built documents as per agreed standard with the client
  ·        Develop procedures and create systems to manage company documents
  ·        Communicate and collaborate with Project Leads and Field Engineers
  ·        Coordinate with the client on matters related to project documents and requirements
  ·        Utilize internal software/platforms/programs for document control and management
  ·        Utilize client software for document submission and validation
  ·        Facilitate invoicing through submission of required documents in the client system/software and hardcopies 
  ·        Collection of cheques/relevant documents from the client
  ·         Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  ·         Sound knowledge in the use of web-based tools and other Electronic Document Management Systems
  ·         Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  ·         Highly organized with the ability to work under high pressure situations
  ·         Detail oriented and has the ability to analyze data
  ·         Time management skills and can work independently
  ·         Ability to travel/with valid driver’s license
  ·         Experience working in PH Telco environment an advantage
