Job Description

  ·         Manage importation of tower supply and ensure timely and safe delivery of products from international suppliers to customer’s warehouse  
  ·         Process all International shipment and relevant technical and commercial documents including record keeping      
  ·         Comply with customs requirements and manage customs duty costs to a minimal exposure      
  ·         Coordinate with brokers for computation of duties/taxes and releasing of goods from Customs custody      
  ·         Monitor the status of shipment including up-to-date tracking and resolution of issues with deliveries      
  ·         Work closely with suppliers and third-party logistics companies to fulfill delivery timeline including negotiation with forwarding companies  
  ·         Maintain document database and keep records of entries related to all transactions      
  ·         Coordinate with client on the shipment schedule and delivery status      
  ·         Prepare regular reports to the Management on supply status, costs and revenue targets      
  ·         Prepare regular reports to Accounting on budget requirements for payments to suppliers and payments of import duties and taxes    
  ·         Utilize internal software/platforms/programs for end-to-end logistics process monitoring      
  ·         Review and ensure accuracy/correctness of shipment documentation and verify compliance to standards and local/international regulations  
  ·         Plan and implement import strategy and activities consistent with overall goals and requirements of the organization      
  ·         Manage Warehouse and tower supply inventory      

 

  ·         Good knowledge on latest Customs regulations and legal requirements      
  ·         Operational knowledge of the ports, terminals and relevant government agencies      
  ·         Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP platforms and other purchasing software      
  ·         Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office      
  ·         Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal - with strong attention to detail      
  ·         Ability to successfully carry out negotiations with suppliers, contractors and other third-parties      
  ·         Highly organized with the ability to work under high pressure situations      
  ·         Ability to travel/with valid driver’s license      
  ·         Experience working in PH Telco supply chain an advantage
