Position: Mandarin HR Analyst – Salary P85, 000

Responsibility:
Responsible for identifying and resolving employee need on first point of contact
Handles performance and behaviour baseline cases
Referring and escalating any inquiries and ensure that every interaction is resolved
Keep informed of HR policies and processes
Requirements:
Proficiency in speaking, writing and reading Mandarin and English
Bachelor’s degree holder of any course
Experience in bank processes is preferred
Can start as soon as possible
