Job description:
Responding to customer inquiries via email and calls
Provide solutions and resolve customer’s technical issues
Determine and troubleshoot technical support requests.
Build sustainable relationship with customers.
Requirements:
Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin
At least Vocational Diploma/Short Course certificate, Bachelor’s /College Degree in any field
Background in Customer Service is an advantage
Knowledgeable in computer applications
