Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

§  Follow the directives of the Operations Manager or Senior Manager.

§  Coordinates with other functional areas including Human Resources, Training, Workforce, and Payroll.

§  Provides leadership, direction and support to Call Center Supervisors within the business objectives.

§  Train, motivate, and coach Call Center Supervisors on the essential skills needed by each team member.

§  Continually seek opportunities to improve Call Center Operations including people and processes.

§  Work with Human Resources to ensure that policies and procedures are fairly applied.

§  Collaborate with Quality Team to ensure that call quality sample size and evaluation are done timely.

Essential Qualifications:

§  Degree Holder

§  At least 2 years of experience in the same capacity or role.

§  Strong understanding of call center operations

§  Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.

§  Excellent communication skill

§  Excellent people management skill.

§  Background in handling Healthcare Program.
