Job Description

Duties & Responsibilites:

1. Develops construction details that comply with the overall design intent, are cost effective and are easily constructed.
2. Prepares complete and concise design and coontruction drawings including checking and coordinating details, 3D models and dimensions.
3. Prepares project's detailed and rendered perspectives.
4. Conducts existing conditions survey.
5. Researches materials for specific project.
6. On-going review and checking of documents for accuracy and completeness.
7. Assists in checking submittals and responding to request for information.
8. Any other related jobs that may be delegated by immediate superior, next immediate superior and owner's immediate instructions.
