Job Description
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to details.
- High organizational skills
- Computer literate, excellent ability in MS-Excel application
- BS accounting degree a plus
- With at least 2 years experience in the same field or position from a logistics or freight forwarding company
- Fast learner
- Competence in English grammar, written and conversational
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Duties and Reponsibilities:
- Preparation of billings and statement of accounts accurately according to quotation and with cost comparison.
- Monitoring of client debit/credit notes and payment
- Full documentation of billings and statement of accounts.
- Monitoring of cash advances for liquidation as preliminary requirement to billing
- Excellent organization and filing of documents
- Other tasks as may be delegated
