Job Description
• Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Has the ability to establish and maintain good relationships and partnership with its work environment.
• Experienced in leading and managing complex projects.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Ability to assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks to make clear decisions in timely manner in the best interests of the organization.
• Ability to plan and determine strategies to move the organization forward, set goals, create and implement collaborated action plans and evaluate the process result.
• Can work under pressure.
• Good computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications and basic AutoCad knowledge is an advantage.
• Licensed engineer is an advantage.
