- Weekly cashflow forecasts
- Entering creditors and debtors into the system
- Setting up all payments for approval
- Marking off all receipts
- Setting up payroll each fortnight
- Monthly financial statements with budget comparisons
- Call debtors monthly to follow up and confirm outstanding payments. Notify the general manager of any issues.
- Can perform data entry, general administrative and clerical tasks
