Job Description

  • Over-all management of LSB Kiosks located within Robinsons Bank Branches.
  • Supervises and monitors the staff performance in the kiosk
  • In-charge of Branch Start of Day in SavePlus system (SOD).
  • Ensure that loan targets of the branch are met
  • Ensuring 100% on-time payment of clients
  • Enforcing among FCA’s operational policies and procedures
  • Facilitates the preparation of the operational plan in coordination with the CBG EO.
  • Submission of Weekly MF reports to Area Sales Manager
  • Assists the Area Sales Manager / LSB Officer in undertaking market research activities and product design enhancements
  • Any related task that maybe assign from time to time.
