Job Description

  • oversee brokerage operational staffs.
  • Organize workflow, set priorities monitor activity and ensure completion of work.
  • Work closely with staff to ensure operational questions, procedures are answered and observed right dispatch of messenger to cope all needs in daily pick up and payments.
  • Ensures timelines of client product reports and services are met
  • Prepare, oversee assignment schedules and give attention to deadlines/status.
  • Provide support to staff in order for them to be able to complete their responsibilities successfully.
  • Ensures that the Brokerage Department is producing timely, quality and accurate flow of information.
