Qualifications:

Key Job Accountabilities:
*Discusses business strategy and actual needs with a client as a partner
*Identify gaps between current and future business goals and draw up a plan to close that gap
*Define business processes to achieve the strategic goals of a client / partner
*Research technology solutions to address a specific business requirement, thinking out of the box is crucial
*Create dashboards, perform analysis and define action plans to address issues and risks identified
*Create project plans and monitor resources, timelines and required delivery
*Manage expectations of the client - no surprises, coordinate with the client/partner changes that adversely affects the triple constraints of cost, schedule and specifications
*Identify and mitigate project risks
*Define metrics to be tracked and monitored to proactively address incidents and avoid them altogether
