BUSINESS ANALYST

Role Description :
-To understand the business requirements from different business stakeholders and convert them into System Requirements in the form of User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
-To identify the best possible design solution for the requirements to be mapped to the existing applications
-Suggest changes in existing process wherever required
-To be able to conduct discussions/walkthroughs with Clients stakeholders, Project Managers, Business Analysts and technical architects to understand the systems and underlying business rules
-To be able to draw Process Flow, Sequence Diagram, Component Diagrams and other artifacts as required by the project under consideration
-Being Part of the Scrum team and supporting the queries raised by the team from analysis perspective

Qualifications:
-Core Banking Domain knowledge is a must
-Minimum 4-5 years of experience of working as a Business Analyst
-Having basic Agile knowledge is a must
