- Must create and review quarterly sales and marketing plans to effectively carry out his/her plan based on research and surveys of the market and competitors
- Must develop partnerships with re-sellers or software developers to carry our hardware and or software
- Must be able to forecast the needed stock in order to assure that our re-sellers have stock and the company’s direct customers/branches also have ample stock
- Must have monthly sales projections based on his customer’s sales funnels
- Must be able to formulate promos and contests to increase stock movement and incentivize our dealers
- Must be able to suggest new products if based on his research there is a need for this
- Must always represent the company in a professional manner leaving a good impression with the customer
- Must be able to generate personal sales to augment the dealer sales in the beginning (later when dealer sales are at a stable monthly level, he/she should concentrate on dealers/re-sellers only)
- Must ensure that all documentation for dealership requirements are complete and filed in an organized manner
- Must be able to recommend to management and our suppliers innovative methods of promoting our products
- Must create marketing emails and flyers to promote products.
- Must expand the business of the company in all 3 regions of the country through channel/dealer sales
- May have other tasks that will mutually be agreed upon
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Has experienced in Financial Planning and Strategy, Marketing Concepts.
- Knowledgeable in Positioning, People Management, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Client Relationships, and Creative Services.
