Archangel Technologies, Inc. is currently looking for Business Systems Analysts that can start ASAP.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related course.

• At least a year of experience in the Business Systems Analyst industry.

• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Self-motivated

• Strong analytical and organizational skills; detail-oriented

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business and customer needs

• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

• Ability to learn new applications and system features quickly

• Dedicated to the best possible customer experience and takes initiative toward improving it

• Ability to articulate technical and functional concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

• Has good communication skills in English, both oral and written

• Knowledgeable in MS Visio

• Excellent interpersonal skills and solid communication with all levels of management

• Basic knowledge on software development lifecycle (SDLC)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Determine priority and criticality of requirements.

• Determine completeness of application/solution and facilitate UAT

• Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions

• Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing work instructions, help desk support; training users

• Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing work instructions, help desk support; training users.

• Designs new computer programs by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.

• Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications

• Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.

• Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.

• Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

• Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
