-Good to excellent English communication skills

-Good problem solving skills

-Good listening skills

-May be a high school graduate only with or without experience

-Excellent customer service orientation

-Knowledge in basic computer operations

-Willing to work graveyard shift

-Flexible to work during holidays, Sundays & Saturdays

-Willing to work on a shifting schedule

-Has positive attitude and commitment to work
