Customer Service Representative (Call Center) – many open positions (Metro Manila, BGC Area)

We are looking for results-driven Customer Service Agents
Part-time and Full-time positions are available, tele-commuting okay.
We receive calls from a variety of online businesses.
-8 hours per day 6-days per week possible
-We are open every day and we work flexible hours
-Starting salary 142 PHP per hour + up to 15,000 PHP in monthly bonuses!
-Paid vacation days and paid public holidays

Job Description and Responsibilities:
-Provide product and service support and information for customers.
-Manage and resolve customer issues well and quickly, ensuring that customers feel supported and difficult situations when needed.
-Utilizing software, scripts, and tools to complete calls appropriately.
-Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of client companies and business policies.
Skills Requirements:
-High level proficiency in English
-Experience in call center or something similar
-Active listening, good vocabulary, professional phone voice
-Ability to perform under pressure and diffuse difficult situations
-Strong time management and decision-making skills
-Computer literate
-Ability to recognize emotions in tone of voice
-Ability to multitask
-Outgoing, friendly, compassionate personality
