  • Interact with, and determine the customer’s reason for call to offer a solution;
  • Answer customer questions about products and their account;
  • Effectively guide your customer through documented steps when discussing installation & repair opportunities;
  • Guide your customer through troubleshooting steps, and document on account;
  • Welcome your customer and activate their new account, and
  • Uphold our mission in to solve problems – big and small – for consumers and businesses every single day, with urgency and care.

Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Ability to type at least 20 words per minute (WPM).
  • Ability to interpret and isolate customer issue.
  • Must possess intermediate knowledge of basic PC functions.
  • Familiarity with navigating between programs and windows.
  • Possess the ability to work independently.
  • Works comfortably in referring to aids and materials to research and resolve issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate clear and articulate written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-disciplined and motivated.
  • Ability to multitask, demonstrate initiative and respond proactively to resolve problems.
