We're looking for Customer Service Representative/Call Center Agent/CSR in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna.

• Interact with, and determine the customer’s reason for call to offer a solution;
• Answer customer questions about products and their account;
• Effectively guide your customer through documented steps when discussing installation & repair opportunities;
• Guide your customer through troubleshooting steps, and document on account;
• Welcome your customer and activate their new account, and
• Uphold our mission in to solve problems – big and small – for consumers and businesses every single day, with urgency and care.

Requirements

• Must be at least a high school graduate. No experience needed.
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Above average typing skills.
• Ability to multitask. Should have the patience and the ability to handle pressure.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays and weekends.
• Willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
