Among your responsibilities are the following:

  • Represent the company in the best way possible during conversations with customers

To qualify for this position,

  • You must have at least 4 years of successful experience as call center agent
  • You must be self-managing, obsessive about quality, and highly proactive
  • You must have excellent verbal communication skills
  • You must have experienced working in a remote setup
  • You must have a stable computer and workstation with
