Job Description:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

a. Cashiering:

• Receives payment through cash, cheques, cards or charge payments from

  customers;

• Validate credit cards and cheques, identification and signatures;

• Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift;

  b. Inventory Management:

• Keeps track of incoming and outgoing shipments;

• Organizes the stock room

  - Label the items

  - Use FIFO method in releasing

• Maintains product visibility in the retail area;

• Perform actual inventory on apple brands daily;

• Performs general inspection of new delivered items such as quantity, serial number,

  documents and physical state of the shipment (e.g. wet, torn, unsealed, and other

  noticeable physical irregularities);

• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level,

  anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies and verifying

  receipt of supplies;

• Prepares the items to be shipped in other branches

  c. Keep copies of transactional documents for future reference.
  d. Encodes and submit daily transaction such as sales, collection, and purchases in the

  lightspeed system to the Admin Head, Accounting Head, and President; e. Ensures that each team member is aware of any pending work;
  f. Provides answers to the queries of the customers;
  g. Maintains clean working environment;
  h. Ensures that only the admin staff and management can enter the stock room; i. Updates the Store Manager on the new arrived items;
  j. Recognizes and monitors security issues in the store;
  k. Displays the “new item” into placement;
  l. Hit monthly sales quota.
