MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Receive payments and provide provisional / official receipts to customers using EREMS.
2. Deposit all collections (cash/checks) on time thru armored car pick up.
3. Monitor daily the status of cleared checks using an online banking system.
4. Submit accurate Daily Collection Report to Accounting and Accounts Mgt. Dept.
5. Transmit post- dated checks to bank for warehousing.
6. Encash and release petty cash funds and incentives replenish fund and prepare         reports.

7. Record / update the Treasury Checks Report (inventory of released, unreleased & staled checks).
8. Release Checks to suppliers, agents, employees, etc.
9. Release cash incentives to Sales Group. Tag claimed incentives in EREMS.
10. Summarize paid vouchers for endorsement to Accounting.
11. Ensure the daily updating of passbooks & reporting of cash balances to Treasury Manager
12. Updating of the cash module in EREMS (deposits, transmittal, clearing, DAIF checks, etc)
13. Coordinate with the bank for pull out or holding of deposit of PDCs as requested by AMD, approved by DFA. 14. Perform related duties as required by Immediate Superior.
