Customer/Client Relations Representative
Location: Pasig City
Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience
An industry-leading Membership Software Solutions Provider in the UK is currently looking for a driven, dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative to join their team.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Manage the Company’s messaging service to provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients
- Support the Sales Executive by responding to inquiries by potential customers via chat
- Provide and update Articles for the messaging service Knowledge Base
- Onboard and train new customers in the use of the Membership Software
- Maintain and update CRM system
Qualifications/ skills required:
- Independent, self-motivated and customer service-focused
- Exposure to a Customer Service or Customer Support environment is preferred
- Drive to provide excellent customer service
- Willing to work from 3:30pm-12:30am (8:30am-5:30pm UK hours)
- Excellent English Communication skills.
