Job Description

  • Continuously ensure and assess the Department's immediate viability through the creation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of short-term plans for the Team. Contribute to the efforts to grow the business by exceeding strategic goals and revenue objectives of the Team.
  • Provides leadership and administrative support to a group of assigned agents
  • Coordinate with the Human Resources Department to address staffing, engagement, labor-relations and other human resource concerns, particularly in formulating, implementing and evaluating the company’s recruitment and selection processes that affect the team.
  • Develop and maintain, under the guidance of the campaign supervisor, open and professional lines of communication with clients, suppliers, consumers, competitors and with other participants of the call center field environment.
  • Implement action plans to manage, direct and develop customer service representatives (1-3) by facilitating implementation of motivational approaches, training, feedback. Maintain an efficient Team by effectively coaching, delegating, disciplining, evaluating, training and motivating Agents.
