    The Communication Assistant will be listening to phone conversations and vocally repeating each conversation, as it happens, into voice-recognition software. The main focus of this position is to consistently maintain high levels of accuracy at speed.

    The nature of the job is similar to providing live closed captions, with the exception of adding punctuations.

    Ground Floor ANGELES BUSINESS CENTER (Old SSS Office), Teresa Avenue, Nepo Mart Complex, Angeles City | MONDAY TO FRIDAY | 9AM to 4PM

    Calle Uno, #3 Escoda Street, Naguilian Road, Baguio City | Mondays through to Fridays, 8AM to 4PM
    (applicants processed in Baguio will be assigned in Pampanga)

    Eastwood&Cubao: 40k basic pay + 5k allowance 
    Cebu: 30k +5k for Cebu
    Pampanga: 25K + 15K for Pampanga

    Eastwood&Cubao: 20k basic pay + 2.5k allowance
    Cebu: 15k +2.5k allowance
    Pampanga: 12.5K + 7.5K allowance

    Shifting schedules - pre-dominantly night shift. Applicant must be willing to work night shifts and weekends. Applicants must be willing to be trained M-F mornings.

    • Excellent oral communication with outstanding English grammar and wide vocabulary
    • Excellent listening skills
    • High work ethic standards
    • Able to focus and repeat heard language clearly in order to provide fast and accurate captions
    • Able to enunciate words and emphasize word endings
    • Able to discern meaning from a variety of North American accents, regional dialects and areas of knowledge
    • Ability to self-monitor to meet individual and team quality and attendance goals
    • Complete entire training and probationary months without incurring absences
    • Abide by strict Confidentiality Agreement
    • Able to start immediately
    • High School graduate or equivalent
    • Proficient in basic computer applications
    • Must not be connected with another BPO company (if applying for part-time)
    • Must be available to be trained M-F mornings
