Job Description
We are looking for an Admin and Facilities Assistant / Company Nurse to handle a variety of administrative and facilities duties. Your role is to act as the liaison between outsourced providers and both internal and external customers, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our Admin department is organized and operates smoothly on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
Assist with day to day site operations of the Admin and Facilities functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to fellow members of the organization
Assist and coordinate in site engagement activities
Coordinate with suppliers and outsourced providers
Deal with employee requests regarding facilities and admin services
Assist Emapta guests, applicants and deliveries
Manage meeting room reservations
Provides first-aid treatments and medications for employees as needed.
Assess and determine the health status of the employee which includes recommendation like sent home or back to work.
Refers/ transports ill employees to the hospital as necessary.
Conducts regular inventory of medicines and medical supplies.
Prepares purchase or requisition of medicines as necessary to ensure availability of all medical supplies.
Creates health and safety awareness among employees in coordination with HRD
Assist in scheduling annual medical examination of employees in coordination with HRD
Requirements
Experience on the same field is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Computer literate
Must be a good team player
Average communications skills
BS degree in Nursing or any related field
