Job Description


    • Liaise with the Team Leader and onsite hosts to anticipate occupancy levels, special requests and additional support needs;
    • Analyze and respond to feedback provided by guests including online;
    • Liaise with guests providing excellent support by phone, email and chat services;
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they occur, providing a speedy resolution;
    • Respond as required to guest enquiries providing an appropriate level of support;
    • Conduct follow-ups from customers and clients;
    • Collect and process payment over the phone;
    • Enlighten customers / clients into reconsidering booking in cases of cancellation;
    • Inform customers / clients on deals and promotions;
    • Ensure that all customer complaints/discrepancies received are logged and properly investigated;
    • Ad-hoc tasks as directed by superiors.


  • Candidate must possess 2 years in College, Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • At least 1 year related experience is required for the position
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written 
  • Excellent customer-service skills
  • Can establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
  • Knowledgeable with MS software such as Word and Excel
  • Interpersonal ability: Sales and Customer Service skills
  • Service and customer-focused
