A young and growing Insurance Company is looking for a strategic and success-driven Country Manager to oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day operations.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Part of the management team to develop overall project management strategies
- Manage schedules, budgets and project organization
- Maintain quality of delivery of existing activities, managing business relationships
- Develop new products, business models and functionalities
- Coordinate technical platform integration and sales team recruitment
- Work across several projects on large-scale engagements.
Qualifications/ skills required:
- At least 6 years’ experience with a mix of strategic consulting, start-up or high-growth organization
- A problem-solver, analytical and quick-thinker
- Enthusiasm in working with emerging markets
- Strong attention to detail and focused on task completion
- Bachelors Degree in any field.
