Work Address : 3f Silver City, Frontera Verde , Pasig City
Responsible for handling queries regarding high-end mobile phone parts and operating system. Also required to meet high level of service excellence in responding to the customer’s inquiries. These requests are primarily received into the center via phone calls.
Responsible for resolving technical mobile phone issues
Demonstrate experience in working in a multicultural team
Display ability to provide unbiased and accurate feedback in a non-threatening way
Delivering results: Meeting deadlines and targets, demonstrating ability to achieve despite constraints or obstacles
Builds and maintains customer satisfaction with the products and services offered by the organization
Analyzing and Evaluating: reflects on information, defines the key issues and reaches logical conclusions
Well versed in planning and coordinating and must have an excellent decision making skills
Conveys ideas and facts orally using language the audience will best understand
Ability to work with deadlines and manage priorities with high attention to detail
Candidate must be at least 2 years college undergraduate in any field (no back subjects)
If not, at least high school graduate with minimum of 6 months call center experience
With excellent English communication skills (speaking and listening)
Preferably with Customer service experience in telecommunications and mobility industries
Background in handling a multitasking account is highly desired
Willing to work on a flexible shift schedule
