Customer Service Representative- Local & International Account

Job Descriptions: 

Perform credit interview and review evaluation with high standard and effectively colllects the recievable of the company.

 

Responsibilities:

Send text messages and call the buyers for the follow up

Resolving customer inquiries

Developing and maintaining accurate files

Ensuring customer request are handle in an appropriate and timely manner

 

Qualifications:

Graduate or Undergraduate

Know how to use computer

Know how to speak English and Tagalog

Able to provide excellent professionalism

Can follow and execute written and oral communications
