Job Description

•    Answer calls and respond to emails 
•    Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
•    Validate Reservations through web or by calling hotels
•    Validate transaction and change the ownership to the new buyer’s name
•    Manage and resolve customer complaints
•    Provide customers with product and service information
•    Update customer information into system
•    Identify and escalate priority issues
 
Qualifications:
•    At least 2-years of college education
•    Good written communication skills
•    Adaptable with shifting schedules
•    At least 3 months of CSR or related experience
•    Willing for shifting schedule (Morning, Mid, Night)
