- Answer calls and respond to emails
- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
- Validate Reservations through web or by calling hotels
- Validate transaction and change the ownership to the new buyer’s name
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Update customer information into system
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow up customer calls when necessary
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
