·        Investigate and resolve customer complaints - resolve complaints quickly and patiently

·        Update / write knowledge base articles.

·        Keep confidential records private and secure.

·        Achieve set targets across emails, live chat and so on

·        Identify product bugs and report them via a specific channel.

·        Other tasks as assigned by the managers.
