Job Description

    • Calling and following up with the patients regarding patient responsibility, Insurance information, COB information’s
    • Verifying the Patient eligibility and benefits with insurance companies through calling & also through web
    • Handling Patient calls on daily basis to address the queries, assisting with insurance updates, assisting patient with unpaid balance information, assisting patient with payment arrangements and reporting the status to clients
    • Providing a status update to clients on the issues based on Patient calls & queries
    • Ensure targets are met on daily/weekly/monthly basis within the stipulated timelines
    • Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to Quality Standards
    • Prepare and maintain a status reports

Desired Profile: 

    • Completed at least 2 years in college (must be 72 units)
    • Good customer service phone skills
    • Good use of English language
    • Strong understanding of insurance processing and payment information from insurance payers.
    • Strong Keyboard skills and a knowledge on MS Office
    • Candidate should be willing to work in shift in different US time Zones
    • Knowledge on insurance classes (Federal, State, Commercial & Liability)
    • Good Communication, analytical & resolution skills
    • Good Listening skills along with accent
    • Willingness to learn and work as a team
