- Tasks to handle and answer all telephone, written and personal inquiries and complaints of customers on project update, turnover, documents (title), etc.
- Assists in handling inquiries and concerns on daily sales queuing and telemarketing activity for sales
- Handles coordination with various departments regarding sales or clients/customers inquiries and request through Notification system and ensuring that requests are properly attended
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Team-player, with great Customer service & good communication skills
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
