Job Description
Overall job objectives:
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for daily customer service enquires, email and phone call correspondences, build up and maintain customer relationships, deliver excellent service to meet customer expectations in logistics / warehouse operations.
Meticulous and service oriented, he / she is required to process daily logistics orders, cross department communication for order processing, documentation and data entry tasks.
He/She is also expected to coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement better service quality.
Job Qualifications
Must be 18 yrs old and above
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in IT, Computer Science, and others.
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
Skills Required:
Strong Customer Management Skills
Excellent verbal & written English communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications / Outlook
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem solving skills
Able to work in fast-paced work environment and multi-task
