Job Description

  1. Managing large amounts of incoming calls, chats and customer service inquiries regarding the services and products offered by the company.
  2. Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  3. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  5. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. 
  6. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/websites.
  7. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  8. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling or emails.
  9. Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
  10. Manage time limit during conversing with a client.
