- Managing large amounts of incoming calls, chats and customer service inquiries regarding the services and products offered by the company.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/websites.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling or emails.
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
- Manage time limit during conversing with a client.
