You are responsible for promoting application and providing excellent customer service for corporate/business banking by identifying client's issues and provide efficient resolution/s.

• At least HS graduate
• At least 18 years old and above
• With or without BPO work-experience
• Good English language verbal communication skills
• Basic computer and internet navigation skills

• Amenable to work in shifting schedules
• Can start ASAP!
